Who we are

Vial Loop is a trading name of Pinetree Deployments LTD. References to “Vial Loop”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this document mean Pinetree Deployments LTD.

Company number: 17428882. Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration ZC235487. That entry on the ICO register carries the registration certificate.

The short version

This website currently sets no cookies of its own. Your cookie choice, and whether you allowed analytics, are stored in your browser’s local storage, on your device, and are never sent anywhere. Analytics stays off unless you turn it on.

Essential storage

One local storage entry remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner, so the banner does not ask you again on every visit. That is its whole job.

Analytics

If you choose to allow analytics, the site records product interest events such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are used, to understand what to improve. No analytics vendor is currently enabled; before one is, this policy will name it, say what it sets, and the banner choice will keep gating it. Declining or never choosing means nothing is recorded.

Changing your choice

Use the “Cookie choices” link in the footer to reopen the banner at any time, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings, which removes the stored choice entirely.

The platform

Signing in to the Vial Loop platform uses a session cookie, because that is what a sign in is. The platform agreement covers it when an account is opened.
