Yes. CRM, orders, payment workflows, fulfilment, retention intelligence and analytics are in every plan. The tiers differ on subscription, Vial Loop transaction rate, support level and onboarding depth, never on core software.

The rate applies to payments successfully processed through Vial Loop payment workflows. There is no fee on an order that never gets paid, and the fee reporting screen shows you exactly what was charged and why.

On day 32, for the Founding 100. Your first 31 days of platform access are free, counted from the day you go live, the first day you can take a live payment, and the plan fee is first charged the day after the last of them. Every period after that is charged in advance, on its first day. The free period covers the setting up and the back and forth that a new platform and a new merchant do together before either is at full speed. The transaction rate is 2% for the first 14 days, counted from the same day, on top of that. Without a Founding place, your first period starts on the day you go live and is charged in advance, never before that day: normally that day or the next, at the daily billing run.

For 14 days from the day you go live, the first day you can take a live payment, Vial Loop’s transaction fee is 2% of each payment successfully processed, in place of your plan rate. After that your plan rate applies. Your Founding place is claimed the day your application is approved, and it is held for you until you go live. A slow setup therefore costs you none of the 14 days. It is a reduced rate, not a waiver, because every payment carries a third party processing cost of its own.

Monthly or quarterly, your choice. Quarterly takes three months of subscription in one payment on the first day of the quarter, with the monthly price about 10 per cent lower, Starter £44, Growth £89, Scale £149 and Elite £225 a month. A change between the two takes effect at the start of your next period, never part way through one. Transaction fees are collected weekly either way, and are never discounted.

Yes, that is the design: higher volume merchants reduce their total Vial Loop cost by moving up a plan. The exact billing mechanics of a plan change are set out in the terms you receive at signup.

There is no long term contract. Final cancellation and billing terms are part of the platform terms at account opening, and they will say the same thing this page does.

Royal Mail, through your own Click and Drop account, and DPD, through your own DPD UK business account, for parcels inside the United Kingdom. DPD Local is not supported yet. Connect your account and labels are booked from the order with the address your customer gave you already on them, and the tracking number is saved on the order. Label printing from Vial Loop is in BETA and switches on carrier by carrier. Until yours is switched on, buy postage in your Royal Mail or DPD account and record the tracking number on the order. On a standard Click and Drop account the order and its address go into Click and Drop, the label prints there, and you record its tracking number on the order. Royal Mail and DPD set their own prices and decide what they carry, and nothing on this site is labelled live unless it is.

No. Payment infrastructure involves third party providers with their own eligibility and underwriting rules, and no honest platform guarantees their decisions. Vial Loop gives you clean setup guidance and honest statuses.
