The subscription
£49 to £250
A flat platform fee for your plan, about 10 per cent lower on quarterly billing. It is charged upfront, from the day your account opens, or, for a Founding 100 merchant, from the day your free 31 days end.
The transaction fee
8% falling to 5%
A percentage of each payment successfully processed through Vial Loop payment workflows, at your plan’s rate. It appears in your fee reporting the moment it is charged, itemised per payment.
That is the whole model. No setup fee, no per seat charge, no fee on unpaid orders, and nothing that only appears on an invoice. Where third party providers you connect charge their own fees, those are theirs, stated by them, and never hidden inside Vial Loop’s.

Do all plans really include the full platform?
Yes. CRM, orders, payment workflows, fulfilment, retention intelligence and analytics are in every plan. The tiers differ on subscription, Vial Loop transaction rate, support level and onboarding depth, never on core software.
What does the Vial Loop transaction fee apply to?
The rate applies to payments successfully processed through Vial Loop payment workflows. There is no fee on an order that never gets paid, and the fee reporting screen shows you exactly what was charged and why.
When does my subscription start?
After 31 days, for the Founding 100. Those first 31 days of platform access are free, and from then the plan fee is charged upfront. The free period covers the setting up and the back and forth that a new platform and a new merchant do together before either is at full speed. The transaction rate is 2% for the first 14 days on top of that.
How does the introductory rate work?
For 14 days from the day your account opens, Vial Loop’s transaction fee is 2% of each payment successfully processed, in place of your plan rate. After that your plan rate applies. It is a reduced rate, not a waiver, because every payment carries a third party processing cost of its own.
How does quarterly billing work?
Pay three months of subscription in one quarterly payment and the monthly price drops by about 10 per cent: Starter £44, Growth £89, Scale £149 and Elite £225 a month. Transaction fees are never discounted, and the exact billing mechanics arrive with the platform terms at signup.
Can I change plans as I grow?
Yes, that is the design: higher volume merchants reduce their total Vial Loop cost by moving up a plan. The exact billing mechanics of a plan change are set out in the terms you receive at signup.
Can I cancel?
There is no long term contract. Final cancellation and billing terms are part of the platform terms at account opening, and they will say the same thing this page does.
Which shipping providers do you support?
Royal Mail and DPD, both available to connect. Vial Loop is focused on UK shipping at this stage, and nothing on this site is labelled live unless it is.
Do you guarantee payment approval?
No. Payment infrastructure involves third party providers with their own eligibility and underwriting rules, and no honest platform guarantees their decisions. Vial Loop gives you clean setup guidance and honest statuses.
