Terms of Use
Last updated 25 August 2026.
Working draft. This document is prepared for review by a UK solicitor before production launch, and wording may change at that review.
Who we are
Vial Loop is a trading name of Pinetree Deployments LTD. References to “Vial Loop”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this document mean Pinetree Deployments LTD.
Company number: 17428882. Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration ZC235487. That entry on the ICO register carries the registration certificate.
What these terms cover
These terms cover this website and registering interest in the Vial Loop platform. Use of the platform itself is governed by a separate platform agreement provided when an account is opened; where this document describes the platform, it describes intent, and the platform agreement is the binding text.
The website
The website describes a product in BETA. Features, integrations and pricing may change, and anything labelled BETA, planned or coming soon is exactly that. Vial Loop aims to keep the site available and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted availability.
BETA registration
Registering for BETA access is a request, not a purchase. Access is subject to review, availability and approval, and the Founding 100 programme is governed by the BETA Terms. No payment is taken through this website.
Acceptable use
- No attempting to breach, probe or overload the website or platform.
- No submitting information you know to be false or misleading.
- No using the forms to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content.
Merchant responsibilities
Vial Loop is software. Merchants remain responsible, entirely and at all times, for:
- The legality of the products they sell, in every market they sell into.
- The claims they make about their products.
- Customer eligibility for what they sell.
- Their own regulatory compliance.
- Their taxes.
- Fulfilment of what they sell, and their refunds.
- The requirements of any payment provider they use.
- The third party accounts they connect.
Nothing in this website or the platform is an endorsement of any merchant’s products or a statement that selling them is lawful, and labelling a product for research use does not by itself make selling it lawful.
Payments and third parties
Payment infrastructure involves third party providers with their own eligibility, underwriting and compliance rules. Vial Loop does not guarantee merchant approval, payment processing, or uninterrupted access to any third party service, and never offers a way around any provider’s rules, or around the law.
Payments and custody
Merchants connect their own business bank account. Open banking payments are initiated through an FCA regulated payment initiation provider and travel from the customer’s bank directly to the merchant’s account. Vial Loop never requests, collects, stores, views, transmits or controls bank login details, passwords or one time codes, holds no merchant balance, and does not take custody of merchant funds.
Intellectual property
The Vial Loop name, marks, design and content on this site belong to Pinetree Deployments LTD and may not be reused without permission, except as fair quotation and reporting allow.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, the website is provided as is, and the liability positions for the platform will be set out in the platform agreement. This section in particular awaits solicitor drafting.
Governing law
These terms are expected to be governed by the law of England and Wales, to be confirmed at legal review.
